Ana Alonso is the Founding Director of Purevalue360, a sustainability and transformation advisory firm focused on circularity, impact-driven innovation, and future-fit business strategies. She is a strategic leader specialising in energy transition, sustainable alternative energies, FMCG, digitalisation, AI, technology, and innovation.

With over 20 years of global experience, Ana has driven transformative change across organisations such as Shell, Unilever, Procter & Gamble, Santander, Dentsu, and the EU-Japan Partnership. Her sustainability leadership includes launching mobile phone services, pioneering the world’s first commercial flight using alternative fuel, developing the global Gas-to-Liquid (GTL) market, and contributing to two major EU directives on low-emission fuels. She also tripled the sales of sustainability products on one of the world’s largest B2B eCommerce platforms, delivering impactful change at scale.

Part of University of Cambridge’s Sustainability Business Management alumni, Ana combines business acumen with purpose-driven innovation. She has led transformations exceeding $19 billion in value, launched over 30 value propositions, and is recognised for integrating AI, digital systems, agile cultures, and sustainable business models to accelerate commercial and environmental performance.

Ana is also a certified Agile@Scale Chief Product Owner, a high-performance coach, and a Non-Executive Director for cybersecurity and climate-tech SMEs. She coaches the NeuroTech Society at Imperial College and lectures on agile leadership and transformation. Multilingual and globally experienced, Ana brings a holistic and systems-thinking approach to complex challenges, making her a sought-after voice in shaping the future of sustainable business.
