You will always receive an acknowledgement of your booking. If you do not receive anything, please email us at hello@circulartechawards.com or contact us through https://www.circulartechawards.com/contact to make sure we have received your booking. Unless otherwise stated, your fee includes access for the paid number of guests to attend the Awards ceremony, a pre-Awards drinks reception, three-course dinner, Awards ceremony hosted by a special guest, post-Awards entertainment and invaluable networking opportunities.
Once an invoice booking is received, Payment must be received by the date given on the invoice. If payment is not received by this date, we will revoke the option of invoice payment then payment by credit card will be requested.
Please note that payment must be received prior to the event, otherwise entry may be refused. All cancellations of attendance MUST be made in writing to mercedes@mobi-hub.com and will be acknowledged in writing. We do not offer refunds on cancellation. In the event of non-attendance NO refund will be given and any outstanding invoiced payment will still be due. You can transfer your place to an appropriate guest, subject to approval by the Organiser, by notifying the Organiser in writing prior to the event. Changes in the quantity of places booked may be subject to charges. If a booking is made at a discounted price, payment must be made before any respective deadline, otherwise payment due will revert to the standard rate.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the Organiser to alter the content, timings or venue. MobiHub GmbH does not accept liability for any transport disruption or individual transport delays and in such circumstances the normal cancellation restrictions apply. If the Organiser cancels the event due to reasons beyond their control, you will be entitled to a credit for use on the following year’s Awards (valid for 18 months). If you continue with your online booking or make your booking via the telephone, you are automatically adhering to our terms & conditions.

The information you provide will be safeguarded by MobiHub GmbH and used to keep you informed of this event, including necessary travel and accommodation details and future edition updates; and exclusive information and offers as an Awards entrants sent on behalf of our sponsors.
